Ole Miss’ biggest recruiting weekend of the offseason is off to a fantastic start. Juice Fest, named after head coach Lane Kiffin’s dog Juice, is an annual event designed to bring many of the Rebels’ high priority recruits into Oxford for a weekend of fun and football.
Things have been quiet on the recruiting front across the college football world due to the dead period. But with the dead period behind everyone, Kiffin and the Rebels are already back to making noise on the recruiting trails.
Ole Miss secured a commitment from three-star linebacker Corey Amos on Friday. Amos, who reopened his recruitment just over a month ago, tweeted, “Ain’t no place I’d rather be,” announcing his commitment to the Rebels.
Amos checks in as the nation’s No. 520 prospect and the No. 15 overall player out of Louisiana. At 6-foot-2 and 205 pounds, Amos projects as an edge rusher at the college level. On3 ranks him as the No. 46 EDGE in the 2025 cycle.
Amos is the 13th recruit pledged to Ole Miss in the 2025 class. The Rebels currently rank 27th in On3’s Team Recruiting Rankings, but there is a strong possibility Kiffin’s group climbs into the top 25 once Juice Fest comes to a close.
