Ole Miss quarterback Jaxson Dart is apparently in the middle of a cheating scandal after his girlfriend, Lola Sexton, confirmed the allegations via TikTok. The drama went viral when a video surfaced on the platform, claiming Dart had been unfaithful.
The couple, high school sweethearts from Corner Canyon High in Utah, continued their relationship even after Dart’s transfer from USC to Ole Miss. The viral TikTok video, posted by user @raphamelo11, showed Lola having coffee with a friend with a caption that read:
“Just a casual coffee date finding out her boyfriend cheated on her for the last year.”
Lola Sexton, a social media influencer, addressed the rumors head-on, commenting “Real” on the viral post.
When a follower asked her if she was all right, Lola replied:
“I’m chilling!”
A family member, Kloee Sexton, commented that Lola had no prior knowledge of Dart’s alleged infidelity and won’t be patching things up with the Rebels quarterback.
“She had no idea about any of the cheating until now. She’s not going back,” Kloee wrote (per BroBible).
As Dart prepares for his third year at Ole Miss, it’ll be interesting to see if this off-field drama impacts his performance on the field.
Jaxson Dart unfazed by Ole Miss QB room
The Ole Miss Rebels have high hopes for the 2024 college football season after finishing 10-2 in 2023. Jaxson Dart is at the center of Lane Kifin’s plans to go all the way this season.
With a talented room of backups, including promising true freshman Anthony Maddox Jr., Walker Howard or the left-handed Austin Simmons, Dart has embraced his role as a leader.
“There are guys with a lot of ability,” Dart said. “I think what makes it very unique is they’re all very different in their strengths. I want to be a leader to them and be able to share my advice, just my knowldege and wisdom that I’ve gained throughout my years.”
The QB is focused on guiding and mentoring his teammates. He appreciates the competitive environment and values the input from his fellow quarterbacks.
“The cool thing is I’m able to watch them, and a lot of time they have good input, too. I just try to soak it all in and learn from anybody,” Dart said.
Last summer, Dart faced a public battle for the starting job with Oklahoma State transfer Spencer Sanders.
