Bracket watch: Where Arkansas basketball falls in latest NCAA Tournament projections

FAYETTEVILLE — Here’s where prominent bracket analysts and publications put the Arkansas men’s basketball team in NCAA Tournament projections as of Monday.

The Razorbacks took a big blow with their 72-53 loss to last-place South Carolina in Columbia, S.C., on Saturday.

Joe Lunardi, ESPN: Last 4 In. Lunardi projects Arkansas to be in the field as the third-to-last team in. Prior to the loss to the Gamecocks, Lunardi had the Razorbacks as one of the Last 4 Byes and in the field without the play-in game in Dayton, Ohio.

Arkansas, in Lunardi’s projection, would face one of Ohio State, Nebraska or Boise State in Dayton.

Kevin Sweeney, Sports Illustrated: Last 4 In. Sweeney, like Lunardi, has the Razorbacks heading to Dayton along with Ohio State, Boise State and Oklahoma.
