West Brom star Karlan Grant has reacted to Ezri Konsa after he scored the winning goal for Aston Villa against Wolves.
The Villans secured a derby day victory against Gary O’Neil’s side coming back from 1-0 down to take all three points on Saturday 21 September.
The England international defender scored the winner with two minutes remaining in the 90 and posted to Instagram to celebrate.
In response to his former Charlton Athletic teammate, Grant said: “Can do it all.”
West Brom ace Karlan Grant responds to Ezri Konsa
The 27-year-old spent last campaign on loan at Cardiff City where he failed to make too much of a positive impact.
Despite this, Grant has returned to The Hawthorns and has hit a rich vein of form although his goal involvements aren’t as high as he might like.
The versatile forward has one league goal this campaign which ironically is as many as Konsa who grabbed his first of the year against Wolves.
The message between the two doesn’t come as a surprise given their relationship from their Charlton days.
There is also a well-documented link between the Baggies and Villa whether that be in the academy set-up or in recent transfers.
Lewis Dobbin has become the most recent ace to swap B6 for The Hawthorns in a season long loan move.
With that being said, there is unlikely to be annoyance from Albion supporters over this interaction on social media.
