Matthew Stafford’s Wife Reveals Hospital Emergency Before Rams-Vikings
Matthew Stafford’s wife, Kelly Stafford, faced a health scare in the family just days before the Los Angeles Rams’ game against the Minnesota Vikings.
While the quarterback was focused on preparing for the upcoming Wild Card matchup on Monday, his wife dealt with health issues at home.
In her Instagram Stories, Kelly Stafford shared that her kids were rushed to the hospital. She chose not to disclose the reason, but she did share a photo of her two daughters asleep in a single hospital bed.
“Last night was long,” the 46-year-old wife and podcaster wrote. “Back in beds and sleeping, everyone except Hunter. Feels like she drank a Celsius.”
In the following post, Kelly Stafford shared a photo of the 36-year-old quarterback with their three kids tagging along on his work trip before the medical emergency struck their family.
“Before that tho, they were all smiles getting to go with daddy on his work trip,” she wrote.
The NFL star’s wife previously shared on her podcast, “Morning After,” that she and the kids were leaving their home after battling a nasty illness.
“I can’t think straight,” she said, adding, “I currently believe I have the flu. Two of my daughters have the flu.”
However, with the NFL playoffs underway, Kelly Stafford decided they had to make some sacrifices as things got out of hand.
“If all my kids have the flu, I don’t think we should be in this house with him,” Kelly Stafford explained, adding that it was the only option they had.
“Because all of his work stuff and his film room and everything is here. So we would just get out of here. I think that is on the table right now,” she added.
The couple shares four daughters—7-year-old twins Sawyer and Chandler, 6-year-old Hunter, and the youngest, 4-year-old Tyler.
