Jasper Johnson drains longest shot in Overtime Elite history

You won’t want to miss this insane bucket.

The Kentucky Wildcats are going to be graced with the talent of 5-star guard Jasper Johnson next season, and he’s already making highlight reels in his final season with Overtime Elite out of Atlanta, Georgia.

This past weekend, he hit the longest shot in the history of the team. The three-quarters court shot was beautiful and went through the net, not the backboard needed for this one.

Here’s the clip.

Johnson has ultra-high expectations as he heads to Lexington next season. He’s ranked as the third-best shooting guard in the class of 2025 and the 13th-best player nationally. He holds offers from the top programs in the country, including North Carolina, Auburn, and Alabama.

Here’s what 247 Sports Director of Scouting Adam Finkelstein had to say about the rising star.

“Johnson is a southpaw scoring guard with solid positional size at 6-foot-4, a long 6-foot-8-inch wingspan, and a still lean frame. He’s smooth, slippery, and has extremely soft natural touch in all aspects of his individual offense,” Finkelstein wrote.

The sky is the limit for Johnson, especially if he has the type of range he showed off this past weekend when he makes it to Lexington.
