The Toronto Blue Jays are looking to make some big moves regarding pitchers this off-season but it looks like the Boston Red Sox are interested in Max Fried and Blake Snell as well.
The Blue Jays need to bring in at least one big time starting pitcher this off-season as their starting rotation needs help badly and they have been looking into a few free agents that could truly turn their pitching around.
The Red Sox are also interested in Blake Snell and Max Fried which might cause problems for the Blue Jays
The Blue Jays have been vocal about the fact that they want to bring in some pitchers this off-season and many reports have stated that they are very interested in both Max Fried and Blake Snell.
To no surprise, the Blue Jays are not the only teams interested in these two pitchers as the Boston Red Sox are seriously interested as well. The fact that the other top team interested in these pitchers is the Red Sox makes things much worse since they are the Blue Jays divisional rivals.
The Red Sox are talking to Blake Snell and Max Fried, per

Hopefully the Blue Jays are able to land at least one of these pitchers since either Fried or Snell being added to the Blue Jays starting rotation next season could make an immense difference.
Both pitchers are set to land some substantial contracts but they are both worth the money since both Fried and Snell can easily win their team’s games.
