Simone Biles‘ husband got some new ink in honor of his wife.
After the Olympic gymnast secured her spot on Team USA for the third time, she shared a snap of Jonathan Owens’ ring finger, which featured a tattoo.
Biles took to her Instagram Story on Saturday to reveal a dainty ‘S’ inked onto Owens’ finger, which appeared to be a reference to her first initial.
The 27-year-old added two screaming-face emojis, a couple of red love hearts and two crossed fingers.
Although Owens hasn’t directly addressed the meaning behind the body art, he has been on hand supporting his wife as she gears up for the 2024 Paris Olympics.

The NFL player wore his wife’s face on a t-shirt and carried a larger-than-life image of her while attending the Olympic trials last week.
‘No words can describe how proud of you i am baby,’ Owens wrote on Instagram after Biles secured her place on Team USA with a stunning floor routine.
Just knowing all the work that you put in and everything that you’ve been through, and to still come back and be as dominant as ever, i was speechless,’ he added in the caption of the post, which featured a snap of the couple kissing.
‘I’m so thankful to be apart of this journey with you, and i cant wait to be able to watch you out there in Paris. I’m so happy for you babe!!!!
‘Cheers to going to your third Olympic Games!!!!!! Just sounds so surreal being able to say my wife is the best to EVER do it, how did i get so lucky. I love you so much,’ he concluded the sweet post.
Owens’ post also featured several photos of the 27-year-old, who is the most decorated gymnast in history, while competing at the Target Center in Minneapolis.
Earlier in the day, he led the standing ovation for Biles as she landed a spot on the team for the third time.

This is the first time that Owens – who was granted time away from the Chicago Bears’ training camp to support his wife – will see her compete at an Olympic Games in person.
The pair were not a couple when she made her debut at Rio in 2016, while the 2021 Tokyo Olympics were held behind closed doors due to coronavirus.
The lovebirds, who began dating at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, tied the knot in April 2023.
