247Sports predicts every Georgia football game in 2025

Georgia fans would not know how to feel about this season.

Georgia football will have a lot of expectations heading into next season, but most of those expectations will be coming from members of the fanbase. Many people outside of the fanbase have a lot of questions surrounding Kirby Smart and his team heading into next season. And it’s hard to disagree with them.

Regardless, Georgia will have one of the more difficult schedules in the country once again, but they also have the talent to beat any team they face.

So how will Georgia do next season? That’s a tough question to answer, but Brad Crawford with 247Sports recently gave his prediction for every Georgia game next season.

2025 Season Prediction

1. Marshall – Win

2. Austin Peay – Win

3. @ Tennessee – Win

4. Alabama – Win

5. Kentucky – Win

6. @ Auburn – Loss

7. Ole Miss – Win

8. Florida (neutral) – Win

9. @ Mississippi State – Win

10. Texas – Win

11. Charlotte – Win

12. Georgia Tech (neutral) – Loss

Mixed emotions from this projection

Georgia fans would be feeling a lot of mixed emotions if this is how the season played out. Let’s start with the positive first.

The good news for Georgia if this is how the season plays out is that a 7-1 SEC record should be good enough to make it back to Atlanta to play for an SEC Championship once again. It isn’t a 100 percent guarantee, but considering Georgia made it there at 6-2 this past year then Georgia likely would get there again.

A10-2 overall record likely also locks Georgia’s place in the College Football Playoff as well regardless of how they do in the SEC title game.

But the two losses from this projection are brutal. The Bulldogs are predicted to beat all of the “best” teams on their schedule next season including Tennessee, Texas and Alabama. But 247Sports still has Georgia losing twice, and those losses are to rivals Auburn and Georgia Tech.

Both the Tigers and Yellow Jackets likely will be much improved next season, and they could even be ranked for much of the year as well. But the expectation, like ever year, is to beat both teams. So coming up short against both teams would be tough to overcome.

At the end of the day, having a chance to play for an SEC title and National Championship is what matters most, but losing to two rivals next season would not be fun at all.
