Former Clemson star Tyler Davis, who started every game at defensive tackle for the Tigers last season, is already making his mark in the NFL. After completing his fifth year of eligibility, Davis was drafted by the Los Angeles Rams in the sixth round (No. 196 overall) of this year’s NFL Draft.
In his first preseason game with the Rams, Davis delivered a standout performance against the Dallas Cowboys at SoFi Stadium. He recorded six tackles, including two solo stops, one tackle for loss, and a quarterback hit, helping the Rams secure a narrow 13-12 victory.
It was an awesome debut for Davis, who looks to prove himself as one of the draft’s biggest steals. Here is a look at how social media reacted to his debut.
