Clemson Baseball Launches Home Run Barrage Before Rivalry Showdown With South Carolina

Clemson baseball is heating up at the perfect time. Ahead of their highly anticipated rivalry series against South Carolina, the Tigers put on an offensive showcase in a dominant 20-7 victory over Winthrop. The bats were electric as Clemson launched multiple home runs, signaling they’re more than ready for the heated battle with the Gamecocks.

Clemson wasted no time flexing their power at the plate. Senior infielder Paino led the charge, going 3-for-4 with a home run, a double, and four RBIs. Bissetta added to the fireworks, blasting a perfect 3-for-3 night with a solo shot. Jarrell and Priest also left the yard, proving that Clemson’s lineup is loaded with firepower heading into rivalry weekend.

The Tigers offensive explosion couldn’t come at a better time as they prepare to take on South Carolina in one of college baseball’s fiercest rivalries.
