Michigan’s Sherrone Moore Sends Sharp Message on Former 5-Star QB Jadyn Davis
Expectations for the Michigan football team are expected to rise this season through the projected improvement of the team’s quarterback position heading into 2025.
Recently, Wolverines coach Sherrone Moore shared his thoughts on Jadyn Davis, the Fort Mill, South Carolina born former five-star quarterback from Providence Day High School in Charlotte, North Carolina who has become something of a forgotten man within the Wolverines’ program.
Davis appeared in one game during the Wolverines’ 2024 season and did not record a pass or other statistic.
This season, he is expected to compete against former Fresno State star Mikey Keene, freshman Bryce Underwood and perhaps former starter Davis Warren for playing time with coach Moore’s team.
“Jadyn Davis is a guy that just keeps getting better,” Michigan coach Sherrone Moore said recently while sharing his thoughts on the Wolverines’ quarterback room.
“He was a high-ranked quarterback coming out of high school.”
Moore also praised the talent of Underwood, the incoming freshman.
“Then you have Bryce, who’s an immense talent. We’re in a really good place. I’m not going to make any predictions on what it is or who it is.
“We’ll let it play out in spring and fall camp and see what happens.”
