The Wildcats currently check in on the next four out category, ahead of Cincinnati, Arizona State, and UCF, who have each been competing for a bubble spot of their own in recent weeks. Jerome Tang’s team is listed as the field’s 75th-ranked team, trailing Indiana, Xavier, North Carolina, Wake Forest, SMU, and VCU.
There are still eight Big 12 teams holding bids to the Big Dance, with BYU holding on among the Last Four in, and West Virginia among the last four byes.
